Introduction

The main research field of Inoue Lab. is corporate governance and corporate finance. We actively study the relationship between corporate governance and firms’ performance and conduct international comparison study.
We welcome students who master both mathematical abilities and logic-analytical skills, especially those of finance, economics, or management backgrounds. The research approaches mainly include econometrics and statistics. Also, high-level English overall skills are necessary.
