In order to attain a degree of bachelor, master, and/or doctor, we are expected to extend our research by focusing on weekly seminars with professor Watanabe and by completing a written thesis.
Students desperately grapple with it, and just before the deadline, they spend days without any sleep.
As a reward of the students’ continuous efforts, past theses were all completed at a high level whilst contained with significant scientific meanings.

Watanabe laboratory have previously sent out our research results towards the world through the announcement of numerous theses on scientific journals such as Research Policy, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Technovation, and Energy Policy.
Also, books that systematically put former research results together are being published.
